Most organizations struggle with writing proposals. Often deadlines are tight, and RFP’s require dozens of pages of technical documentation to be submitted in very a specific order, with specific file formats, or simply have never submitted a proposal before. Missing a proposal section or requirement can eliminate most companies from the applicant pool.
Avoid these costly mistakes
At PCT Coach we never use a proposal template. After all, ‘person centered’ is in our name! We approach each new proposal with a blank slate to create a persuasive argument for your company while meeting the solicitation instructions.
This method mitigates the risk to the agency of choosing your company over the competition.
Your Project Manager will work with you every step of the way, from gathering materials, drafting a copy, fine-tuning, editing, and interviewing your subject matter experts.
Our writers are familiar with government, non-profit, private, and local funding solicitations.
Thanks for asking!
Being a person-centered organization means we value people for who they are, and what is important to them. We think a company is only as good as it’s employees. It also means we get to know our customers, their dog’s name!
We offer several pricing options in order to help minimize the impact to your budget while maintaining high standards. We do this by reviewing all previous marketing materials, old proposals you’ve submitted, company data sheets, and anything else you give us to see what we can reuse in order to save you time and money.
We also offer payment installation plans, and delayed payment plans for qualified non-profit organizations. Meaning 501(c)(3) orgs factor in the cost of the writing service into their proposal and don’t pay until funding is received.
Most new client Full-Service RFP’s will cost between $3,000-$7,000
Returning client's will see a discounted range from $1,000 to $3,000, this is usually because we are able to eliminate research time and already know your company.
We also offer hourly rate services for consultations, editing, proofreading, PDF conversions, specification checks, or if you just want to talk about your dog. Seriously, we love furry friends!
