Learn to manage emotions
- Learn and practice a DBT skill, mindfulness, interpersonal skills, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance.
- Neurodivergent friendly
- You will learn how to identify your wise mind, examine past behavior, and start walking the “middle path.”
- This group is LGBTQ+ friendly and open to anyone over the age of 18.
